Every solder paste application, placement accuracy, and reflow profile is monitored and documented. "We don't rely on the 'golden hands' of one veteran technician," he says. "We rely on a golden standard that anyone can follow."
At the final stage, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems scan boards with lightning speed. Yet, this high-tech step is backed by something equally important: rigorously trained inspectors who understand not just the "how" but the "why" behind each standard.
