Description

The air quality monitor is a cutting-edge technological product designed based on the principles of potentiostatic electrolytic sensors for detecting polluted gases and light scattering for measuring dust. It integrates mature electronic technology with network communication capabilities.

This instrument can simultaneously monitor concentrations of gases and inhalable particulate matter, displaying all results on the same screen. One device is capable of monitoring four different parameters at once. Its operational mode features automatic sampling and analysis, with real-time concentration readings shown on the screen, while also calculating daily and monthly average values automatically. The device can store 30 days worth of monitoring data, including these averages.

Equipped with USB and RS485 data transfer interfaces, the instrument allows stored data to be easily transferred to a computer. It is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery but can also draw power from AC220V. When connected to AC220V, it charges the built-in lithium battery. If there is no external power supply, the instrument will automatically switch to battery power, making it versatile for both portable and online use.

The PCBA board size of the air quality detector can be customized. It utilizes high-quality six-layer rigid-flex board technology to ensure accurate air quality detection. The maximum processing area of the PCBA board is 610 mm x 1200 mm, meeting various production requirements. The packaging specifications are reliable, featuring precise line spacing. The minimum accuracy for finished product hole diameter is ±10%. Additionally, it provides excellent impedance control capabilities and offers various surface treatment options, such as tin spraying.

Air quality monitoring involves collecting and measuring ambient air pollution samples. The harmful gases monitored include carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), and particulate matter (PM).

With the rise of climate change, air pollution has become a widespread concern. This has led people to develop methods for measuring this phenomenon. Air quality sensors are essential for detecting and researching pollutants that may pose hazards to public health and the environment.

Recent technological advancements have produced smaller, more affordable, satellite-based sensors with enhanced capabilities. However, ensuring accurate interpretation and quality of sensor data can be challenging.

Air quality sensors estimate particulate matter (PM) levels and can also measure gaseous pollutants in the air. The measurement process often involves assessing something indirectly related to the actual pollutant but is much easier to measure. For instance, a sensor may gauge the amount of light scattered by particulate matter, which increases with higher pollution levels. Results are frequently presented on a low, medium, and high scale. Basic air quality monitors, like smoke detectors, typically display results on a binary scale.

Given the impact of air pollution on human life, monitoring air quality is essential. Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) play a crucial role in assessing pollution levels. PCBs comprise embedded metal wires (traces) and metal areas (planes) within a rigid structure that houses electrical circuitry. They enable precise measurement and analysis of air pollutants, contributing to effective environmental monitoring and mitigation strategies.

In summary, PCBs are vital for air quality monitoring, providing intricate circuit platforms for connectivity, integration, and analysis.
